Mark is an award-winning builder and remodeler who is driven by the desire to provide premium quality home improvements to every client. He is a master carpenter, and a fine furniture restorer & craftsman. Mark started G D | B with a vision of providing a high quality, innovative, and trustworthy remodeling experience to home owners in the Washington, DC area. Before the inception of Goldsborough Design | Build, he served as the President of Mitchell, Best & Goldsborough; a design & build firm out of Montgomery County, MD.
Mark is procedure oriented and believes that communication is the most critical piece to successfully delivering high quality remodeling projects. Most importantly, he has the unique ability to sensitively guide homeowners through the sometimes emotional renovation process. Clients can rest assured that their needs and concerns will be handled with the utmost care and consideration.

With a background in forest technology, Paul became interested in construction after receiving his AA Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He has spent time working in nearly every phase of home construction over his extensive career. Paul has a knack for problem solving and moving with energy & efficiency through the varying phases of a project. He is the lead in every aspect of a Goldsborough Design | Build construction contract; from curation to execution
