SUPERIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Dedicated Project Superintendent. A Project Superintendent is assigned to your project only. This staff member is held accountable for updating you on any issues or concerns, ensuring constant quality control, and monitoring and coordinating all subcontractors and associated trades people. The Project Superintendent is responsible for securing your home each day and protecting it from the weather during the construction process. You can rest easy knowing that your Project Superintendent is always ready to answer your questions.

Regular Meetings At Your Home. These weekly or biweekly meetings work to ensure that material selections are being made, construction is on schedule and that any project changes are communicated.

Experienced, Skilled Carpenters on Staff. Our skilled crafts people perform a wide range of tasks—they frame buildings, coffer ceilings and even construct cabinets. All our carpenters follow the latest and best practices, adhering to strict quality control checklists that lead to a successful outcome.

Professional Paint Crew on Staff. Goldsborough Design Build is unique among remodelers in also fielding a fully trained and equipped paint crew that performs all painting jobs, which ensures high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Our talented paint staff can even stain your doors, hang your wallpaper or perform faux finishing.

Plytanium® DryPly® subflooring—With water-repellant coating for weather protection during exposed construction cycles.

Plytanium® Thermostat® Radiant Barrier Roof Sheathing—Reflects up to 97 percent of the sun’s radiant heat, lowering attic temperatures and improving energy efficiency.

DuPont™ Tyvek®—High-performance house wrap protects against air and water intrusion.

DuPont™ Strait-Flash™ and Flex-Wrap™—Protects flashing at window corners and doors.

Anti-crack and waterproofing membrane—Used on top of Durock™ and mud base surfaces per Tile Council of America recommendations.

Azek® Trim—Cellular PVC exterior trim never rots and is the only brand of trim with a Building Code Report.

Stainless steel connectors—Used on all pressure-treated framing members to prevent corrosion.

R-15 insulation—Used on all exterior walls. We insulate interior walls, as well as exposed waste pipes, for noise control. We also provide an air-stopping package for improved energy efficiency.
