REMODELING: Maintenance


Once the remodeling of your home is completed, GDB will review our Warranty and Care Manual, which is provided to help you maintain your new living spaces. We’ll also review our one-year limited warranty, and procedures for submitting service requests to GDB.

For existing customers who have service requests, you may now submit them using the form below.

GDB Warranty Service Request Form — Use this form to submit the required written request for a non-emergency repair after your project is completed as allowed under GDB’s limited warranty policy.

If e-mailing, download the file to your desktop and attach your name to the file. Next, fill it out and send as an electronic attachment to the e-mail address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

All written service requests, including emailed service requests, must include the following information: 1) Name, Address and Phone Numbers where you can be reached during normal business hours; and 2) A detailed description of the problem. For instance, "Guest bath — cold water line leaks under sink"; NOT, "plumbing problem in the bathroom." These details help us route requests to the proper staff person or contractor.

We strive to create long-lasting living spaces that are turned over to you, the homeowner, to properly maintain. Minor adjustments or repairs completed immediately save us from costly repairs later.

We make every effort to keep our information current and accurate. However, if any detail in our manual conflicts with the manufacturers’ recommendations, the manufacturers’ recommendations should be followed.
